Welcome to Practical Process Improvement (PPI). The consultancy
is dedicated to using practical, proven strategies and techniques to improve processes with a focus on simple solutions that
deliver bottom line results quickly. Recently a number of companies and some authors began to use the
term practical process improvement. They may or may not have the focus we had in mind when we started this consultancy
five years ago and used in internal company conversations in the late 1990s. We work with small
to medium sized businesses, primarily but not exclusively with publishers and printers, to improve the effectiveness, efficiency
and productivity of their manufacturing and service processes by use of Practical Process Improvement tools and methodologies. If you would like additional
